Orders placed from 30 Nov 2024 - 26th Dec 2024: 4-6 weeks

Orders placed from 27th Dec 2024 - 5th Jan 2025, 8pm: item(s) will be delivered before CNY.

Orders placed from 5th Jan 2025, 9pm: 4-5 weeks after 2nd Feb.

Special Note:

1. Lead time is counted from the date of purchase, confirmation of custom request or received date of exchange item, whichever is the latter. However, if your item(s) can be done earlier than above lead time, we will ship out immediately.

2. Lead time is up-to-date that we commit but we will not be able to advise the exact delivery date.

3. Lead time excludes shipping duration. 

4. Tracking # will be sent to your email address once your item(s) is shipped.

5. Order(s) with more than 1 item might have est. 1 week additional on top of above lead time.

6. We have all rights to reject expedition request.

Can I refund or exchange?

At Joli Pretty, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Though we do not offer refund but we allow return and exchange in the form of Store Credit.

All of our designs come with very limited pieces, you may not be able to exchange to your preferred size/design so to avoid disappointment, please refer to our size chart or email us at info.jolipretty@gmail.com for sizing advice before ordering.  

Which items are eligible for exchange?

1. Eligible sizes for return & exchange: XS, S, M, L, XL

2. Item(s) has all tags intact, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and unwashed.

3. All parcels need to be mailed out within 7 days after our exchange confirmation.

Exclusions 

1. Exchange is limited to one time only. Item(s) purchased using Store Credit will not be eligible for further exchange regardless of Store Credit amount.

2. Custom order, Pre-order of 2XL & 3XL, Sales items are not eligible for return and exchange. 

3. Variation of 1-2cm in measurements will not be counted as a defect.

4. Chalk mark(s) will not be counted as a defect. As our products are handmade, chalk mark(s) is inevitable. Though we use invisible chalk which is supposed to fade away, in some cases, e.g. fabric with rough surface (eyelet, lace etc.), it still stays on. These chalk marks can be washed off easily. 

What is the procedure for Returns/Exchanges?

Email us this Exchange/Return Form within 2 days from the date you receive your item.

We will get back to you on whether your exchange request is successful. If so, we will provide you with the necessary details to mail* your items back to us.  

Once we have verified your return, a Store Credit voucher will be sent to your registered email address. Your Store Credit will be valid for 90 days from date of issue. You can use Store Credit to re-purchase your preferred item on www.jolipretty.com.

Do note we need 5 working days to verify the return and send you Store Credit after item(s) is delivered successfully to us.

* We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

* Postage fees for returns will be at your own cost by courier/Smartpac/Registered post. We will not be liable for any lost mails using normal mail.

* All custom duties, taxes for the returns are to be paid by the customer.

* We do not accept drop-off. 

* We do not reserve item(s) that you want to exchange to.

* We reserve the right to accept or deny exchange request. 

 ***Joli Pretty reserves the rights to amend any of the policies above.

- Hand wash all Joli Pretty apparels (individually) with mild detergent in cold water without soaking for the first few washes as color transfer may occur.

- Iron on reverse side of the apparel with Low to Medium heat ironing.

- Steam/Iron using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).
