(*) Shipping to the USA can be only through Fedex. Rate will be calculated during check out.

(*) Shipping phone number must be from the same Shipping country. We will not be responsible if item cannot be delivered/collected from locker (e.g. Parcel Santa) if phone number is incorrect or uncontactable by courier. 

(*) If delivery address is Hotel, please put Hotel Concierge with your name & Room Number (if avail) as Delivery Name. E.g. Name: Hotel Concierge/Audrey T. - room xxx. Delivery to Hotel is at your own risk.

(*)  Duration is estimated only & often changed by Singpost/Courier. For international order, sometime it is delayed by local post/custom that is out of our control.

(*) For Ready Stock Items, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification. Duration indicated above does not include processing time.

     Pre Orders will need to follow Lead time before we can dispatch.

(*) Uncollected parcel will be returned to Joli Pretty and re-delivery will be chargeable. 

(*) Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. To avoid unplanned cost, customs and duties estimation can be found here.
