Pre-Order Lead Time

PRE ORDER LEAD TIME:

1. Orders up to 31st Oct 2023: 4-5 weeks

2. Orders from 1st Nov 2023 to 19th Nov 2023: 6 weeks

3. Orders from 19th Nov 2023 onwards: 4-5 weeks

e.g. if you place order on 31st Oct, we will ship latest by 5th Dec. 

Special Note:

1. Lead time is counted from the date of purchase, confirmation of custom request or received date of exchange item, whichever is the latter. However, if your item(s) can be done earlier than below lead time, we will ship out* immediately when it's completed.

2. Lead time is up-to-date that we commit * but we will not be able to advise the exact date that it will be delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Lead time excludes shipping duration. 

4. Tracking # will be sent to your email address once your item(s) is shipped.

5. Order(s) with more than 1 item might have est. 1 week additional on top of above lead time.
