Pre-Order Lead Time

PRE-ORDER LEAD TIME: 

!!! CNY 26 Pre Orders are now closed.

Purchases made before 16th Jan, 10:45 PM: will be dispatched before CNY.

Purchases made after 16th Jan, 10:45 PM to 30th Jan: will be dispatched around end of Feb 2026 - 1st week of Mar.

Purchases made after 30th Jan: 4-5 weeks counted from 23rd Feb or purchase date, whichever is later.

Special Note:

1. Lead time is counted from the date of purchase, confirmation of custom request or received date of exchange item, whichever is the latter (unless stated otherwise). However, if your item(s) can be done earlier than above lead time, we will ship out immediately.

2. Lead time is up-to-date that we commit but we will not be able to advise the exact delivery date.

3. Lead time excludes shipping duration. 

4. Tracking # will be sent to your email address once your item(s) is shipped.

5. Order(s) with more than 1 item might have est. 1 week additional on top of above lead time.

6. We have all rights to reject expedition request.
