Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing this website and or using the online services, it would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

PAYMENT  

Request for cancellation of order/refund will be declined if any form of payment has been made.

We accept payment by Visa/Master/Google Pay/Apple Pay and it is first come-first served, i.e. item(s) will only belong to you after your payment is successful, adding item(s) in your cart does not guarantee that you can get them.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Joli Pretty to process her/ his order. Joli Pretty will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Joli Pretty would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can. 

DELIVERY   

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). 

(*) Shipping phone number must be from the same Shipping country. We will not be responsible if item cannot be delivered/collected from locker (e.g. Parcel Santa) if phone number is incorrect or uncontactable by courier. 

* For  delivery by Smartpac (tracking # starts with SM), parcel will be delivered to your mailbox. Please wait for tracking # to show up (normally on the same day as it is delivered).

* For  delivery by Speedpost (tracking # starts with NSV), parcel will be delivered to your mailbox or Parcel Santa Locker. 

Any customs or import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order(s).

Strictly for delivery instruction only.

Custom request is not accepted. Please contact us regarding your custom inquiry first before making any purchase. 

BOUNCED PARCELS 

Customers will be contacted via email should Joli Pretty receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Joli Pretty will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Joli Pretty property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.


PRODUCTS

1. Color: Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.

2. Sizing: A difference of 0.5”-1.0” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.

3. Chalk mark: As our products are handmade, chalk mark is inevitable and not considered stain/defect. Though we use invisible chalk which is supposed to fade away, in some cases, e.g. fabric with rough surface (eyelet, lace etc), it still stays on. These chalk marks can be washed off easily.

PRODUCT CARE 

You are advised to hand wash all Joli Pretty apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as color transfer may occur.

Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron). 

***Joli Pretty Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any dispute, Joli Pretty reserves the right of final decision.
