Return and Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds in cash or to credit cards. All returns and exchanges — including defective items, if you choose not to replace them with the same design — are processed as Store Credit.
Due to limited stock, your preferred size or design may not always be available. Please check our size chart or email info.jolipretty@gmail.com for sizing advice before ordering.
Eligibility
1. Sizes: XS–XL only
2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags intact
3. Mail out your parcel within 7 days of our exchange confirmation
Exclusions
1. Custom orders, Pre-orders (2XL & 3XL), Sale items, or items purchased with Store Credit
3. Variation of 1-2cm in measurements will not be counted as a defect.
4. Chalk mark(s) will not be counted as a defect. As our products are handmade, chalk mark(s) is inevitable. Though we use invisible chalk which is supposed to fade away, in some cases, e.g. fabric with rough surface (eyelet, lace etc.), it still stays on. These chalk marks can be washed off easily.
How to return
1. Email us this Exchange/Return Form within 2 days of receiving your item.
Alternatively, you can log into your account and request return.
2. Once approved, follow instructions to mail your return
3. After verification, a Store Credit voucher (valid 6 months) will be credited to your account and emailed to your registered email address.
4. For defective items, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.
Notes
* We do not provide cash/Credit Cards refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.
* Postage fees for returns will be at your own cost by courier/Smartpac/Registered post. We will not be liable for any lost mails using normal mail.
* All custom duties, taxes for the returns are to be paid by the customer.
* We do not accept drop-off.
* We do not reserve item(s) that you want to exchange to.
* We reserve the right to accept or deny exchange request.
