Can I refund or exchange?
At Joli Pretty, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. Though we do not offer refund but we allow return and exchange.
All of our designs come with very limited pieces, you may not be able to exchange to your preferred size/design so to avoid disappointment, please refer to our size chart or email us at email@example.com for sizing advice before ordering.
Which items are eligible for exchange:
- Only following sizes are eligible for return & exchange: XS, S, M, L, XL
- Custom order, Pre-order of 2XL & 3XL, Sales items are not eligible for refund/exchange due to our limited fabric and custom order is just for you, not for anyone else. Alteration/Exchange is only accepted if we fail to follow your request/given measurements.
- Request for exchange due to chalk mark(s) is not eligible. As our products are handmade, chalk mark is inevitable and not considered stain/defect. Though we use invisible chalk which is supposed to fade away, in some cases, e.g. fabric with rough surface (eyelet, lace etc.), it still stays on. These chalk marks can be washed off easily.
What is the procedure for Returns/Exchanges?
Below conditions must be met:
- All tags are intact
- Unaltered, undamaged and unwashed
- Exchange is limited to one time only. Item(s) purchased using Store Credit will not be eligible for further exchange regardless of Store Credit amount.
Email us this Exchange/Return Form within 2 days from the date you receive your item.
We will get back to you on whether your exchange request is successful. If so, we will provide you with the necessary details to mail* your items back to us.
Once we have verified your return, a Store Credit refund will be issued to your account at jolipretty.com. Your Store Credit will be valid for 90 days from date of issue.
Do note we need 5 working days to verify the return and send you Store Credit after item(s) is delivered successfully to us.
* All parcels need to be mailed out within 7 days after our exchange confirmation.
* Postage fees for returns will be at your own cost by courier/Smartpac/Registered post (no drop-off). We will not be liable for any lost mails using normal mail.
* All custom duties, taxes for the returns are to be paid by the customer.
* We do not accept drop-off.
* We reserve the right to accept or deny exchange request.
Returns outside the stipulated time frames or repeated may/ may not be accepted at the discretion of Joli Pretty.
