Special Note:

1. Lead time is counted from the date of purchase, confirmation of custom request or received date of exchange item, whichever is the latter (unless stated otherwise). However, if your item(s) can be done earlier than above lead time, we will ship out immediately.

2. Lead time is up-to-date that we commit but we will not be able to advise the exact delivery date.

3. Lead time excludes shipping duration. 

4. Tracking # will be sent to your email address once your item(s) is shipped.

5. Order(s) with more than 1 item might have est. 1 week additional on top of above lead time.

6. We have all rights to reject expedition request.

We do not offer refunds in cash or to credit cards. All returns and exchanges — including defective items, if you choose not to replace them with the same design — are processed as Store Credit.

Due to limited stock, your preferred size or design may not always be available. Please check our size chart or email info.jolipretty@gmail.com for sizing advice before ordering.

Eligibility

1. Sizes: XS–XL only

2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with tags intact

3. Mail out your parcel within 7 days of our exchange confirmation

Exclusions 

1. Custom orders, 2XL & 3XL, Sale items, or items purchased with Store Credit

3. Variation of 1-2cm in measurements will not be counted as a defect.

4. Chalk mark(s) will not be counted as a defect. As our products are handmade, chalk mark(s) is inevitable. Though we use invisible chalk which is supposed to fade away, in some cases, e.g. fabric with rough surface (eyelet, lace etc.), it still stays on. These chalk marks can be washed off easily. 

How to return

1. Email us this Exchange/Return Form within 2 days of receiving your item.

Alternatively, you can log into your account and request return.

2. Once approved, follow instructions to mail your return

3. After verification, a Store Credit voucher (valid 6 months) will be credited to your account and emailed to your registered email address.

4. For defective items, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Notes

* We do not provide cash/Credit Cards refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

* Postage fees for returns will be at your own cost by courier/Smartpac/Registered post. We will not be liable for any lost mails using normal mail.

* All custom duties, taxes for the returns are to be paid by the customer.

* We do not accept drop-off. 

* We do not reserve item(s) that you want to exchange to.

* We reserve the right to accept or deny exchange request.

LOCAL (SINGAPORE) SHIPPING

Standard delivery is FREE for orders from $69 and $5 flat rate for orders below $69.

Delivered by standard courier after order confirmation (for ready stock items only) in 3-5 business days.

If you need express shipping, please email us to make arrangement. Surcharge will apply.

Pre-Order Items will need to follow Pre-Order Lead time before we can dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once you have entered your shipping address.

All duties, taxes and other charges associated with your purchase(s) are the responsibility of the customer. To avoid unplanned cost, customs and duties estimation can be found here.

Please contact us if  your country is not listed at checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.  Shipping phone number must be from the same Shipping country. 

If delivery address is Hotel, please check with your hotel first. Delivery to Hotel is at your own risk.

For international order, transit time is estimated only as it highly depends on custom clearance.

Any inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses, including those incorrectly filled in at checkout, or uncollected parcel will incur an additional SGD $6 re-delivery fee.
