Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing this website and or using the online services, it would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

PAYMENT  

Request for cancellation of order will be declined if any form of payment has been made.

We accept payment by Paypal/Credit Card, order(s) will be reserved for 30 minutes after  upon receiving an invoice. If there is no payment received after 30 minutes, order will be automatically canceled.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required for Joli Pretty to process her/ his order. Joli Pretty will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Joli Pretty would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can. 
 

DELIVERY   

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore). We follow address given in Purchase order, not in Paypal account.

 A shipping confirmation will be sent with your tracking number and all you need to do is keep checking your mail box! SmartPac does have tracking by SingPost and the postman will usually leave it in the mailbox for you (they seldom send SmartPac to your doorstep now). Please wait for tracking # to show up (normally on the same day as it is delivered).

Any customs or import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the order(s). 

 

BOUNCED PARCELS 

Customers will be contacted via email should Joli Pretty receive any bounced parcels bearing their name.

Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. Joli Pretty will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Details regarding the re-delivery will be provided in the email sent to the customer.

Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Joli Pretty property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.

 
PRODUCTS

Colors of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used. A difference of 0.5”-1.0” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect. Colour may transfer onto other garments, upholstery and bags. Do take note whenever necessary.

 

EXCHANGE/REFUND

We check all of our items before sending out so we do not accept returns at the moment.

We do not accept exchange for pre-order/back-order item(s).

However, exchange is accepted for Ready stock purchase for change of size or change of design from the same or previous collections (if size is no longer available), subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to accept or deny exchange request. Customer has to return the merchandise to us within 2 days after receiving the item or 4 days after item is ready to collect at Singpost office and registered postage fee for both inbound and outbound shipping will be at your cost. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with tag attached, unwashed and unscented and via registered mail. Should the item(s) go missing when delivered via Normal/Standard mail, we will not be responsible for any replacement.

If exchanged item price is lower, the difference will be forfeited. If exchanged item price is higher, you are required to pay for the difference. 

Joli Pretty will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

Please note that all of our designs come with limited pieces, you may not be able to exchange to your preferred size/design. So please refer to our size chart to know which one is the best size for you before the launch. If you size is in between, our advice is to get the bigger size.

Willful damage of the item to get a refund or exchange will not be entertained. All our items are  inspected efore we send it out to ensure our standards are met.


STORE CREDIT

Store credit is for one time purchase only. Any unused credit will be forfeited.

Any unused credit will be forfeited after 6 months.

 

PRODUCT CARE 

You are advised to hand wash all Joli Pretty apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.

Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron). 

Joli Pretty Reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions

In the event of any dispute, Joli Pretty reserves the right of final decision.
