If you need the dress to follow your measurements instead of our standard sizing, or would like to have a little tweak compared to original designs, please email us at info.jolipretty@gmail.com to check first. We will advise if we are able to do it.

The surcharge will depend on how complicated your request is. The minimum surcharge is $20 for basic request (e.g. follow your measurements).  

Please note we don't have physical store so no fittings and measuring service will be provided. You can follow our Size guide and we will study your info and might request to retake if we find something that does not sound right.

Alteration will not be provided unless we fail to tailor according to your request and measurements. We can recommend you seamstress if any alteration is needed or you can bring your piece to your trusted seamstress to alter to fit you perfectly. Most of our pieces have allowance of 3 to 4cm to alter up or down 1 size.

Exchange/Refund is not allowed since the piece is only for you, not for anyone else. So do only order if you are comfortable with this.

Sorry we are unable to assist in alteration.

We sell exclusively online, all items will be sent to you by post.

We currently do not have physical shop for viewing/fitting. Also, some of our designs come in very limited quantity from S-L only,.

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar. The respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency.

Our designs are normally produced with limited quantity to maintain its exclusivity but we will try to back order certain designs if the availability of fabric and the demand for the item allow.

Please click “Notify me when available” if you wish to have notification sent to your email address when the item is back in stock or available for Back Order.

Currently, our ready stock is only available from S-L. However, XS and XL onwards are avaiable for Back-order/Pre-order.

We offer customized order for some designs too. Please check out Custom made availability at each product page, under "Product Detail" tab.

Back Order/Pre-order/Custom made order is not allowed for exchange, so please do check your measurements before ordering.

 

You are advised to hand wash all Joli Pretty apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes as colour transfer may occur.

Please iron on reverse side of the apparel. Low to Medium heat ironing is encouraged for all products. We would encourage steaming or ironing them using indirect heat (by placing a fabric/cloth between the item and iron).

 Please note that if there is only 1 item in stock, it will be “first come, first served”, whoever check out and make payment will get the item. Please email us if you want us to put you in the waiting list if there’s any drop-out. Do ensure to complete your purchase as soon as you can.

* For "Made to Measure" order:

- Please write to us indicating your requirements (e.g. change in waist/bust/hips etc. measurements compare to our size chart given in product page, add sleeves, change color etc.), we will advise according what the surcharge will be.

- After we advise final payment, please confirm with us if you would like to order, we will send you invoice.

- Please advise us your measurement using our Measurement guide

- Please note that MTM item is not allowed for exchange.

 

 

 We accept payment by Paypal/Credit card via Paypal. Item will be reserved for 30 minutes for you to complete Paypal transaction. If no payment is made after 30 minutes, your order will be canceled automatically.

No,  you can purchase our products without creating an account with us. We offer “Guest Checkout”. 

However, we encourage you to create an account with us for fast checkout and easy access to order history.

You will be able to cart out the item as long as it is available on our site.

For items which are currently pending for payment, the status of the item will be reflected as "Temporarily Unavailable". Please check again after 30 mins as item will be released again if no payment is made.
 

For items which are no longer in stock, the status reflected will be "Sold out".

 

Order will be canceled automatically if Paypal payment is not made after 30 minutes upon check out.

 

 

 

 

We are afraid that we do not allow cancelation if any form of payment has been made.

We do allow you to make amendment for your order only if it's Back Order/Custom made order. For ready stock, it depends on stock availability and we have right to accept/deny the request.

1. What is Pre Order:

Sometime our fabric comes in limited quantity so not any yard will go to waste.

Pre-order will have lead time of few weeks depends on purchase period. You can refer to Lead time information here.

2. What is Back Order:

Back Order means we will tailor the garment when you order, there is no ready stock and there will be waiting time and will be advised on each product page.

We offer some Back-Order (BO) for some designs. Status will be updated in each product page.

We offer BO/Pre-order for size XS-XXXL and custom made with measurements provided by you base on our Measurement guide (surcharge applied for 2XL size onwards and custom made piece).

 

Your account might show "Pending" for payment, no need to worry as your order is secured after Paypal payment is made.

This is system's error that we are trying to fix it now.

Our aplogies for any inconvenience caused.

We have 6-15 pieces per designs for all sizes, only a few designs might go up to 20 pieces if demand is too high and we can have enough fabric and production capacity.

We are sorry if we are not able to produce more than this as our products are not mass produced and crafted with love from a small team of very selective seamstresses. All details of each cheongsam is paid attention for, even the lining and zipper (we use highest quality zipper from YKK, a zipper supplier for branded products).

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).  

*For Smartpac, a shipping confirmation will be sent with your tracking number and all you need to do is keep checking your mail box! SmartPac does have tracking by SingPost and the postman will usually leave it in the mailbox for you (they seldom send SmartPac to your doorstep now).
